As a member of the Eurasian Economic Union, an operation here gives your product tariff-free access to the whole union.
That membership has a downside: your product needs EAC certification instead of CE, and sanctions friction demands more attention from bank, insurer and counterparties than in Uzbekistan. Getting in is more expensive here. It works, but it has to be calculated first.
Staff. Kazakhstan works with quotas for foreign employees, so whoever produces here builds with a local team. That calls for someone who manages it in the language of the floor.
