Setting up an operation is one thing; keeping it running well for years at two thousand kilometres' distance is another. We take on local management or oversight, keep the bookkeeping and reporting to the authorities in order, manage staff and suppliers, guard quality according to your specification and are the point of contact for everyone who wants something from the operation.

Every month you read one report in which numbers, people and quality sit side by side, in your language. We do not sell a report but presence: someone who reads the local accounts personally, calls the bookkeeper directly and stands on the floor when needed. For years, with a notice period that fits what has been built. And once it runs, we are glad to stay; how, we discuss when the time comes.
