The terms under which we accept and carry out assignments.

Article 1. Definitions
In these terms, contractor means: Korsak Consulting B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce, and client means: the party with whom the contractor enters into an agreement.
Article 2. Applicability
These terms apply to all quotations, assignments and agreements of the contractor. The provision on the client purchasing terms will follow shortly.
Article 3. Quotations and formation
The validity period of quotations and the manner of acceptance will follow shortly.
Article 4. Performance of the assignment
The contractor carries out the assignment to the best of its insight and ability; this is an obligation of means, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Article 5. Fee and payment
Rates, VAT, payment term, interest, collection costs and the account number for payments will follow shortly.
Article 6. Confidentiality
The parties treat all confidential information in strict confidence.
Article 7. Intellectual property
The arrangement on rights to reports, models and working methods will follow shortly.
Article 8. Liability
The limitation of liability, its alignment with the cover of the professional indemnity insurance and the limitation period will follow shortly.
Article 9. Termination
Notice periods and the consequences of early termination will follow shortly.
Article 10. Applicable law and disputes
Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes are submitted to the competent Dutch court. The designated location will follow shortly.
