Demand and opportunity
Customers or projects in the region, and whether your product or know-how fits them.
First know whether there is demand and whether it pays off, before you sign anything.
In four to six weeks we first find out whether there is concrete demand in the region for what you make: customers or projects for which your product or know-how has value. Then we map what an operation of your company in the chosen country really requires: the competition, permits and certification, the cost of premises, people and energy, the tax and legal route, and the risks you must be able to carry. For that we talk on the ground with the people who will have to deliver it, not only with sources at a distance.
The result is a feasibility study with a payback period and clear advice. Sometimes that advice is: do not do it, or not now. Then that is what we say. For emerging markets a study like this is often largely eligible for subsidy; we handle that application with you, so you do not have to chase it yourself.
