What it involves
Before you commit, you want to know who is sitting across from you. We check the legal reality behind a company: registers, ownership structure and the ultimate beneficial owner, followed by a check against the applicable sanctions and export control regime, dual use included.
We also assess the factory where the work will be done. Machine park, quality system, staffing and whether your order realistically fits in between. We report what we saw, with photos and a list of findings, including the things that did not add up.
