What it involves
Not every product belongs in every country. A welded structure that comes off the floor in Ukraine within six weeks can take months in Kyrgyzstan, and the same applies the other way round for a small garment run. That is why we first translate your drawing, specification or range into the countries and clusters where it can realistically be made.
After that we go into the field. From our own network and local sources we build a longlist, hold the first conversations in the local language and check capacity, lead time and willingness to work for a western buyer. What remains is a short list of names with a conversation behind them, not a search result.
